ATOSAMAJ SUSAR DOL FOUNDATION is a Section 8 non-profit organization registered under The Companies Act, 2013 (Reg. No. U88900JH2025NPL024763), with DARPAN ID JH/2025/0692237. Founded by a passionate group of rural change-makers, the organization is deeply rooted in the realities of tribal and underprivileged communities in Dumka district, Jharkhand. We are committed to creating an India where every rural person has equal access to education, health, income, and dignity.

In the heart of Jharkhand, tribal and rural families often face challenges like:
Lack of access to quality education
Limited livelihood opportunities
Poor health services
Gender and social inequality
Lack of awareness of their rights
We aim to bridge these gaps by working directly with the communities, helping them stand strong through skill training, awareness, and empowerment.
