We empower youth, women, and marginalized groups through hands-on vocational training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial guidance. With over 100+ Self-Help Groups formed, we’re building a generation of skilled individuals who can shape their own futures.

We are registered with the Registrar of Companies under The Companies Act, 2013 (Reg. No. U88900JH2025NPL024763) and recognized on the NITI Aayog DARPAN portal (DARPAN ID: JH/2025/0692237).
Our Initiatives
Skill Development & Livelihood
We provide hands-on vocational training in tailoring, handicrafts, farming, and small-scale businesses. Our programs help individuals generate income, improve financial literacy, and break the cycle of poverty.
Building Foundations for a Better Future
From adult education drives to student support initiatives, we’re working to ensure every child and adult in rural Jharkhand has access to learning opportunities and literacy support.
Health & Community Welfare
We organize health camps, awareness drives, and support systems for maternal care, hygiene, and nutrition. Access to health is a right — and we work to ensure that every village has it.

We work closely with tribal and Dalit communities to improve access to education, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities — ensuring no one is left behind.
Sustainable Agriculture
We promote organic farming, soil conservation, and water-saving techniques to help rural farmers increase yields, earn more, and protect the environment.

We are committed to celebrating and preserving the vibrant culture of Santhali communities — from traditional dance and dress to rituals and rhythm that echo generations of heritage.
